Shep Students Receive Major District Honours

Some incredible Ross Sheppard students were honoured by Edmonton Public Schools last night at the District Student Awards ceremony celebrating student excellence for 2010-2011.
The major award winners from Ross Sheppard were Nate Gartke, who won the International Languages Award, and Ashneil Dutt & Amanda Fremmerlid, who separately won 2 of the 4 Career & Technology Studies Awards. Also honoured were Brittany Lissina (Michael A. Strembitsky Nominee), Jacob Garber & Laura Jones (Top Academic Grade 10 for Ross Sheppard), and Carey Poon (Top Academic Grade 11 for Ross Sheppard). Nate Gartke also received the honour as the Top Academic Grade 12 for Ross Sheppard.
The entire staff and Ross Sheppard community is very proud of these current and former students for their phenomenal achievements.
