Later He joined as Lead Faculty of Institute of Agribusiness Management (Integral University-Lucknow) at Noida, and tought MBA students in Business Environment, Sales & Marketing Management and various soft skill courses.

RB Education is jointly mongered by his wife Anshu Bhatnagar , a child development specialist, having rich experience as teacher in various schools, She was Instructor in Delhi Council for child welfare, Lecturer in AM College Abohar (Punjab) and later served HDFC, Standard Life and ICICI.
